About the Event

Caribbean Community in Philadelphia will host a Nutrition and Wellness Clinic with Khadija Douglas "Dr. D." of Infinite Wellness and Lamya Broussard, Founder, C.O.M.E. Coming Out More Equipped Consulting Services.

Dr. D. a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), of Infinite Wellness. They are a multidisciplinary health care center with a passion for combining holistic modalities with evidence based research Come hear about Natural Supplements and Effective Natural Foods for Emotional Wellbeing.

Lamya Broussard, Mental Health First Aid Certified with 12 years in social services and works in Grief Counselling with school age children and teens, throughout Philadelphia. Come learn how to Manage different Life Stressors and Triggers affecting our Emotional Health. Participate in Chair Yoga as a form of therapeutic coping skills.
